Aloha All, Thank you Greg and GFL! I feel I must let go of my Ego which holds me back from my Higher Self. I must let go of the things/experiences that have caused me pain and anger for they no longer belong in my Consciousness! I must forgive myself for my mistakes and in turn I am able to forgive others. I must remember to live in my Heart and not my head. I must remember to breathe in Love when I feel my Ego coming out. I must release my negative 3D habits and replace them with more Positive habits that assist mySelf to reach the Higher Realms.

I feel like Im getting the same benefits as those who consistently meditate though I recognize maybe my progress would be even faster were I to dedicate myself to this activity more frequently; however, my perspective & elevation in consciousness seems to b at the same levels as those who have done it 'religiously' for years if not decades & Ive heard everyone does it differently & if u don't have proper training its a waste of time which both resonated with me (or my ego!!!) but I would like more guidance on this point as my lack of inspiration is confounding... I also often wonder if my language, using what is conditioned in us to perceive as bad language, as well as, using non affirmative ways to describe the unwanted physical realities we witness, manifest, etc are interfering with my ascension or even just harsh tones with my animals as that is how they were taught to listen or cease in certain behaviors that do not serve them or me or cause stress in some cases (if u could give us a top ten list of behaviors, aside from the food, being mean to each other, etc as you have mentioned those enough to have anyone listening get it, I believe that would be most helpful to those of us who are on board, respectful of one another, assuming we r doing enough but are overlooking integral components, etc)... Oh, I almost forgot, maybe a mention of how often a use of medications for diseases or conditions is permitted if its not consistent or which ones are permitted... I use muscle relaxers for keeping back lose for the work I do but it changes in frequency depending on the level of physicality Im participating in during any given day or week so more clarity on that would be helpful as well as we are supposed to keep our vibrations up but pain or dysfunction if the constriction is allowed is an easy way to interfere with that not to mention people with more serious situations to deal with out there..as ALWAYS I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!

Thank you very much for this clarification. I always hoped it will be this way but had doubts if one may is being "choosen" based on "who pushes loudest" or "who is chating best on the internet" or the like and not so much on his actions and behaviour towards others and the world in general. Sure that is another 3D viewpoint, so was good to get this clarified. I am glad that one has to "earn" his way, is almost like the old myth if one is good one goes to heaven. Just that "heaven" and "good" was never really defined. My maxim was always to help others, this can be in any way, small or big. And the awards are immediate with proud, satisfaction and the vibration one receives from the person one helped. People are very appreciative towards help. I use this maxim my whole life and devote not just my freetime but my work and everything is adjusted to it. And I know that I am not effect to the "physical" awards of money, sex, drugs and what have you. I know no one can buy me with just mere money as the moment you do one breaks his integrity. Nothing against earning money, driving nice cars etc. (I love fast cars) but going effect to it? no way. I have no "must have" on anything in the physical. I enjoy it very much when I have it, but feel no envy towards others if they have it and I don't. I am happy for them. For this I may also was never money motivated, quit better paid jobs etc., but working long hours in helping others and with this stayed cause all the time. To keep ones own integrity is what keeps one free. Hanging ones values and priorities not on money or other physical but on what is right or wrong. Yes it has reminded me to think again, I agree with Alison M, i still have lots of negativity to work on, It´s ongoing never stops, But I notice them more often and gives me time to stop and think befor I act. I am not perfect (far from it)but as we all make these little daily changes ii can n´t be bad and as the whole it can only be good, But Yes I feel some times dissapointed about not having a "Count Down" but I can understand why, But as the saying goes "In everday in every way I´m getting better and better" So lets enjoy the ride :ö)
I knew there was something else out there and I just couldnt pinpoint it. I am now more knowledge able and relieved to know that this does exist. It excites me and makes me a little nervous as to both if I am even close to making this change or if there will be any dangers associated, however It makes me feel like I am on another adventure
I have been working for years now to release all judgments, anger, frustration, and negative feelings from my experience. I am at a point in my spiritual journey where these emotions actually cause me physical discomfort, and I strive to heal and make right all conflicting relationships. Hard life lessons have expanded my sense of compassion and I yearn for greater examples of this in our society. I will do whatever I can to help and continue being an example of all that I wish to experience. Fear is still a major issue... fear of safety, fear of corporate corruption and miss-guided governments... I would LOVE to better know the truth of what you're telling us in practical experience. Meanwhile, I do not wish to feel guilty for my inadequacies which must exist if I am still here... right?
Dear GFoL and friends of Light, please allow me to share my understanding, and please free to give your comments so that we can all learn from each other:
As I understand, the key to qualify for ascension is a consciousness shift. Our ego is very much like our dog, trying to do it’s best to protect our heart by protecting our feelings, it often forgets our heart is the master and it should wait for instruction before attacking. Training our ego to work in sync with our heart is part of our spiritual advancement into the higher realm. Our ego comes out because we are not used to the higher realm concepts and practices of Unconditional love and Unconditional forgiveness. Everything in 3d world is conditional. Our ego dogs are very afraid of being rejected and abandoned. If our words and actions always come from the heart, not the ego, than we know our consciousness is shifting or has shifted. Let our ego know it is loved Unconditionally, then it will start to work in sync with our heart and disappeared. Our ego can become your best ally.
There is a saying in Buddhism, translate into something like this “a Devil (which is dominated by ego) and a Buddha is only one thought apart”, because Buddha believe even a Devil has a Buddha deep within. Just like GFoL has taught us every being is one of children of our Creator and has a light of love within. So try to speak and act from your heart not your ego, correct it when ever you fail to, you will catch up sooner than you think.
Dose any one know ego has its own meridian on the human body? It’s called the Pericardium meridian. Just as there is a heart meridian. Pericardium is the Heart protector, that’s its physical function. Ego is the energetic counter part of Pericardium. In Acupuncture, we treat people with certain emotional and relationship problems by balancing the energy of these two meridians. It can change one’s personality, in a pleasant way.

Today's posting was right on. I have always been told to live in the present moment as the present moment is your point of power (and love). I have struggled with that my whole life but I see the point. Meditation has taught me to relax and reflect. In meditation a lot of work from past lives and future lives gets accomplished, not to mention this life. Also, I look back over this life and all my many challenges struggles and discoveries I see. It leads to only one thing. Love and embracing, growth and non-attachment. What a world and time we live in now to be able to be here on this lovely planet and do the work we came here to do to, to experience and ascend to that next vibrational level!!! I say, and this is only my experience now, to sit, reflect and review your life. See what needs changing and tweeking. DO THE WORK! Saying you love isn't being in love and loving others truly, unconditionally. I say, get a notebook, write down all the trials and tribulations you have experienced so far in your life, and then see what was really in it for you. Thank you for shedding light on today's topic of ascension. I've noticed that I am still judgemental when I meet others and how I react to their comments - unsolicited and otherwise. I judge myself for judging others. I know that is an area that still needs attention - to eradicate the past of when I had been judged by others. It is through the opportunities afforded by contact with others that these very subtle thoughts surface making known the fact that we judge each other unconsciously and harshly at times. But I must say I am more confused than ever :O( You said that we ALL will Asend, just that some will have it easier than others, but now only some ? what will happen to those not so fortunate?, will we see the others just "Dissapear" as they jump over to the other vibration ? or do they stay here and if so what is the difference in their appearance ? It it be a "Them and us ?" I have never thought that I might be one of those left behind, but today you have stated that it doesn´t relate to how much you believe but to what level you have acheieved, I am trying to do what i think is right, but I still feel that as a person I am still full of flaurs and faults, Of course I want the peace and love and light for the whole world but now I feel that this is not enough.
I understand what you are explaining here. I am experiencing some confusion about the Ascension issue... are we not allowed to ascend as we learn and grow into into it in our own time? What is all the urgency about? I have listened to other comments about this urgency and time frame being in a few months now. What happened to a normal evolutionary experience? What is all the rush about?
It seems to me that what is hampering this ascension experience for many Earthlings is the negative environment we are living in. This environment does not do much to help us gain a respectful education in order to experience a good ascension experience. I can see this as maybe the reason you are now here giving this advise.
It seems to me there is still a lot of missing information. I am actually getting better responses to this issue from other sources about this process. I still firmly believe that until there is a formal disclosure and a viable end to war and the end of the exploitation of the Earths resources and the recognition of and the start of and earnest clean up of the Earth there are going to be a lot of skeptical people refusing to move forward in this collective. In other words this collective needs a fully open confirmed cleansing and a complete purging of the negative issues within our economic, social, religious and spiritual societies.
If we are truly in an urgent situation why is not more energy being put into an open 3rd dimensional disclosure to jump start the collective into a more conforming situation?
1) When we ascend, do we ascend with or without our human body vessel? 2) Is it true our consciousness shift will only ensure our soul (our true self) to ascend? 3) Is it your understanding that the whole earth ascension can only happen if the mass awakening achieved, only than mass landing can happen and GFL technology can be use to restore us back to our 5th dimensional existence? 4) Is it true without official disclosure and mass awakening, mass landing can not happened?
5) Do you think technology such as HAARP is being used by the dark to maintain an Artificial Pole to maintain a Duality earth magnetic field, to counter act Mother Nature’s pole shift for helping mass awakening? 6) Do you think technology such as HAARP, Chemtrail, digital TV, and especially the Smart phone and Tablets, has been perfected to program the human mind to became Disinterested or even hostile towards people speaking certain key words such as “2012 ascension”, “UFO space ship”, “awakening”, “pole shift”, “5th dimension” etc ? From the way some people responding to UFO’s on some of the video recordings, we know the responds is not normal.
7) Some insider has exposed these on the internet and saying that these technologies are much more advance than the original plan of chipping every person. Some say that they interfere or destroy our human energy field and therefore our ability to received higher realm’s signals and instructions. I know energy work could help us repair energy field damages. But could you look into it and let us know how to overcome these problems?

1.) the debt/fiat fractional reserve banking system
the fractional reserve banking system is a topic explained in the chicago federal reserve's book "modern money mechanics." an excellent educational source on this is paul grignon's "money as debt" series of educational videos on youtube. the videos are recommended by economics professors, and my favorite econ lady, catherine austin fitts who used to be the president of a bank.
the important lesson is that banks maintain a minimum cash/deposit reserve, and using a multiplier, issue loans based on that reserve. the bank can issue 10x to 33x, and in the case of the federal reserve leverage ratio, 53 times the amount of money as loans.
so, if the fed has $1000 in the vaults, it can issue $53,000 dollars out of thin air using key strokes on a keyboard.
the fed's reserves are composed of deposits made by the us treasury income taxes. this includes taxes directly deposited, and taxes that are used to pay interest on treasuries.
the us treasury makes a deposit in the federal reserve. each deposit is composed of federal reserve notes, which the fed issues. the fed than enters in a computer 53 x the deposit, and creates that much money as loans. this is credit. it then loans that money out to commercial banks at a set interest rate. those banks than use that credit either as currency, which is cash in your pocket, or for the basis of more loans. hence the reason why each dollar note in your wallet is a unit of debt.
there's a strange thing going on here. the federal reserve issues the currency. it also issues the credit. so in order for it to purchase us treasuries, it simply needs to multiply it's deposit by whatever arbitrary number it wants, which it can then use to purchase treasuries. the system, looks a lot like this.
2.) us treasuries and interest rates.
us treasuries are government notes, bonds, and bills. they are loan documents, iou's that the federal government prints. this is how the government raises money to fund it's operations. treasuries are sold to buyers with the gaurantee that you will get the principal back and interest after a set amount of time and are composed of t-bills, notes, and bonds.
treasuries are funny animals. typically for any product, according to supply and demand, when demand is high, prices go up. when demand is low, prices go down. however, in bonds, when demand is high, interest rates go down. that's because so many people want them, the government can sell them at low interest rates. this is great for governments because it means the interest burden is low, and more tax dollars can go to other gov functions.
when no one wants treasuries, interest rates go up to give a better rate of return in order to attract investors. if you look at 3rd world countries, many of them have bond returns up to 25%. that's because no one wants to buy them due to the country's poor economic conditions.
right now, in the middle of the western financial crisis, treasuries interest rates are practically 2%. everyone's running to the usa, because the usa is "relatively" safe.
us debt is 15 trillion, which means that there are 15 trillion in us treasuries held by all kinds of investors. the top holder of all us treasuries is the federal reserve with 5.7 trillion in treasuries.
asia has 3 trillion treasuries. of that number, china has 1.5 trillion in treasuries.
an important point regarding treasuries is the interest rate is paid directly by us taxpayers. now you know why the irs agents are typically armed with pistols when they're just coming in for an "audit."

It felt like it took everyone ounce of their being much inner work and determination to reach this state where they literally brought heaven down to earth and could exist in both dimensions. What really inspired me that these were ordinary people not, immensley spiritual saintly types of old but yes flawed and that there was hope for someone like me with the desire to make the leap this time round.
The one thing I realised even then was that it is a leap, so to speak. I could not get there by just accumulated years I had to raise something, reach towards the heavens and the heavens would show me how to seize the opportunity when the moment arose. Much inner work has taken place since that time, releasing, cleansing growing and years later I am at the door of this opportunity to not just ascend indiviually but to be a part of the great ascension of mother earth. It gives me goose bumps. I imagine it's something like experiencing the Olympics in your hometown but 1000 times over!

I have always believed one needed to be at a certain point of evolution to ascend and have never thought it would happen on a certain date for everyone. I know I have a lot of work still to do on my various bodies, releasing ego, emotions and maintaining a state of no separation between myself and the Universe. Becoming "I Am", living from my Sacred Heart in a space of Unconditional Love for all. I will do my very best to continue to elevate my vibration. Thankyou once again for your wonderful advice.
I know that when it's time for us to leave this world, we will go to the place that our soul is conditioned for (vibration). We all need learning, and some of us has made great progress in this, however, there are others who haven't and they need all the help they can get. I don't know if I will ascend to the higher realms or not, but I do know that on a spiritual basis, I have gained greatly in this respect.
Some of us only see what we want to and are not open for possibilitys (closed minds)and there are those of us who open our minds to every posibility.
Again, I don't know if I will ascend or not but I hope that my condition calls for it because I am ready for it. There is to much negitivity here on this world.

Yes I can see some areas that I can release now, although a few harder that others for sure.I am aware of some being utilized to compinsate maybe for other wants and needs, but even these need to finally be released. I feel that I just need to re-member who I am each day and my connection with the All. If I do this consciously, my ego will step back and my heart will always be at the forefront led by my intuitive connection with Source.
I need to let go of bad habits (read: addictions, even be it only coffee) and, once and for all, lower frequency behaviour such as being judgemental. No more postponing ligh work, meditation, sending love to all that is, and finally: learn to love myself with no restraints. Now that one is the difficult one..
I agree with several of the above. More guidance is needed. What to do and how to do it. Most people on this planet know nothing of Ascension or of you, our brothers and sisters in other dimensions or even other parts of the Universe.
Sometimes this whole approach seems to me a little like throwing university mathematic books into a cradle for toddlers and say: Go ahead! All you need in order to learn math is in there! Work hard little ones, welcome out of the cradle when you've mastered it.
Other times it's all clear to me. But for most of humanity???

Although I feel a great and constant love inside me ... and the elegance and grace that comes with this ... I notice that my responses to third-dimensional activities and language often revert back into that same dimension. For example, I will yell back at my partner if I think he's rude or inconsiderate. In this way I am both judging another's behavior and exhibiting the same behavior in return. The awareness of this grows everyday as I find myself communicating openly with your representatives when they appear in and with the clouds and through animals, symbols, insects, water and so much more. I am very aware of this mirror .. of seeing myself clearly through being seen. As above, so below. Lately though, there are moments of pure sacredness, like when lighting a candle. I know that my hands are love and that there is a great mission that demands clarity. Thank you.

I also often wonder if my language, using what is conditioned in us to perceive as bad language, as well as, using non affirmative ways to describe the unwanted physical realities we witness, manifest, etc are interfering with my ascension or even just harsh tones with my animals as that is how they were taught to listen or cease in certain behaviors that do not serve them or me or cause stress in some cases (if u could give us a top ten list of behaviors, aside from the food, being mean to each other, etc as you have mentioned those enough to have anyone listening get it, I believe that would be most helpful to those of us who are on board, respectful of one another, assuming we r doing enough but are overlooking integral components, etc)... Oh, I almost forgot, maybe a mention of how often a use of medications for diseases or conditions is permitted if its not consistent or which ones are permitted... I use muscle relaxers for keeping back lose for the work I do but it changes in frequency depending on the level of physicality Im participating in during any given day or week so more clarity on that would be helpful as well as we are supposed to keep our vibrations up but pain or dysfunction if the constriction is allowed is an easy way to interfere with that not to mention people with more serious situations to deal with out there..as ALWAYS I LOVE YOU ALL!!!!

Thank you very much for this clarification. I always hoped it will be this way but had doubts if one may is being "choosen" based on "who pushes loudest" or "who is chating best on the internet" or the like and not so much on his actions and behaviour towards others and the world in general. Sure that is another 3D viewpoint, so was good to get this clarified. I am glad that one has to "earn" his way, is almost like the old myth if one is good one goes to heaven. Just that "heaven" and "good" was never really defined. My maxim was always to help others, this can be in any way, small or big. And the awards are immediate with proud, satisfaction and the vibration one receives from the person one helped. People are very appreciative towards help. I use this maxim my whole life and devote not just my freetime but my work and everything is adjusted to it. And I know that I am not effect to the "physical" awards of money, sex, drugs and what have you. I know no one can buy me with just mere money as the moment you do one breaks his integrity. Nothing against earning money, driving nice cars etc. (I love fast cars) but going effect to it? no way. I have no "must have" on anything in the physical. I enjoy it very much when I have it, but feel no envy towards others if they have it and I don't. I am happy for them. For this I may also was never money motivated, quit better paid jobs etc., but working long hours in helping others and with this stayed cause all the time. To keep ones own integrity is what keeps one free. Hanging ones values and priorities not on money or other physical but on what is right or wrong. Yes it has reminded me to think again, I agree with Alison M, i still have lots of negativity to work on, It´s ongoing never stops, But I notice them more often and gives me time to stop and think befor I act. I am not perfect (far from it)but as we all make these little daily changes ii can n´t be bad and as the whole it can only be good, But Yes I feel some times dissapointed about not having a "Count Down" but I can understand why, But as the saying goes "In everday in every way I´m getting better and better" So lets enjoy the ride :ö)
I knew there was something else out there and I just couldnt pinpoint it. I am now more knowledge able and relieved to know that this does exist. It excites me and makes me a little nervous as to both if I am even close to making this change or if there will be any dangers associated, however It makes me feel like I am on another adventure
I have been working for years now to release all judgments, anger, frustration, and negative feelings from my experience. I am at a point in my spiritual journey where these emotions actually cause me physical discomfort, and I strive to heal and make right all conflicting relationships. Hard life lessons have expanded my sense of compassion and I yearn for greater examples of this in our society. I will do whatever I can to help and continue being an example of all that I wish to experience. Fear is still a major issue... fear of safety, fear of corporate corruption and miss-guided governments... I would LOVE to better know the truth of what you're telling us in practical experience. Meanwhile, I do not wish to feel guilty for my inadequacies which must exist if I am still here... right?

As I understand, the key to qualify for ascension is a consciousness shift.
Our ego is very much like our dog, trying to do it’s best to protect our heart by protecting our feelings, it often forgets our heart is the master and it should wait for instruction before attacking. Training our ego to work in sync with our heart is part of our spiritual advancement into the higher realm. Our ego comes out because we are not used to the higher realm concepts and practices of Unconditional love and Unconditional forgiveness. Everything in 3d world is conditional. Our ego dogs are very afraid of being rejected and abandoned. If our words and actions always come from the heart, not the ego, than we know our consciousness is shifting or has shifted. Let our ego know it is loved Unconditionally, then it will start to work in sync with our heart and disappeared. Our ego can become your best ally.
There is a saying in Buddhism, translate into something like this “a Devil (which is dominated by ego) and a Buddha is only one thought apart”, because Buddha believe even a Devil has a Buddha deep within. Just like GFoL has taught us every being is one of children of our Creator and has a light of love within. So try to speak and act from your heart not your ego, correct it when ever you fail to, you will catch up sooner than you think.
Dose any one know ego has its own meridian on the human body? It’s called the Pericardium meridian. Just as there is a heart meridian. Pericardium is the Heart protector, that’s its physical function. Ego is the energetic counter part of Pericardium. In Acupuncture, we treat people with certain emotional and relationship problems by balancing the energy of these two meridians. It can change one’s personality, in a pleasant way.

Today's posting was right on. I have always been told to live in the present moment as the present moment is your point of power (and love). I have struggled with that my whole life but I see the point. Meditation has taught me to relax and reflect. In meditation a lot of work from past lives and future lives gets accomplished, not to mention this life. Also, I look back over this life and all my many challenges struggles and discoveries I see. It leads to only one thing. Love and embracing, growth and non-attachment. What a world and time we live in now to be able to be here on this lovely planet and do the work we came here to do to, to experience and ascend to that next vibrational level!!! I say, and this is only my experience now, to sit, reflect and review your life. See what needs changing and tweeking. DO THE WORK! Saying you love isn't being in love and loving others truly, unconditionally. I say, get a notebook, write down all the trials and tribulations you have experienced so far in your life, and then see what was really in it for you. You chose that experience to take you to that next level of truly being love....I want to hug you, Jake Aleck, and I am right now doing so. You have everything it takes to ascend! Do the work!

I judge myself for judging others. I know that is an area that still needs attention - to eradicate the past of when I had been judged by others. It is through the opportunities afforded by contact with others that these very subtle thoughts surface making known the fact that we judge each other unconsciously and harshly at times. But I must say I am more confused than ever :O( You said that we ALL will Asend, just that some will have it easier than others, but now only some ? what will happen to those not so fortunate?, will we see the others just "Dissapear" as they jump over to the other vibration ? or do they stay here and if so what is the difference in their appearance ? It it be a "Them and us ?" I have never thought that I might be one of those left behind, but today you have stated that it doesn´t relate to how much you believe but to what level you have acheieved, I am trying to do what i think is right, but I still feel that as a person I am still full of flaurs and faults, Of course I want the peace and love and light for the whole world but now I feel that this is not enough.
I understand what you are explaining here. I am experiencing some confusion about the Ascension issue... are we not allowed to ascend as we learn and grow into into it in our own time? What is all the urgency about? I have listened to other comments about this urgency and time frame being in a few months now. What happened to a normal evolutionary experience? What is all the rush about?
It seems to me that what is hampering this ascension experience for many Earthlings is the negative environment we are living in. This environment does not do much to help us gain a respectful education in order to experience a good ascension experience. I can see this as maybe the reason you are now here giving this advise.
It seems to me there is still a lot of missing information. I am actually getting better responses to this issue from other sources about this process. I still firmly believe that until there is a formal disclosure and a viable end to war and the end of the exploitation of the Earths resources and the recognition of and the start of and earnest clean up of the Earth there are going to be a lot of skeptical people refusing to move forward in this collective. In other words this collective needs a fully open confirmed cleansing and a complete purging of the negative issues within our economic, social, religious and spiritual societies.
If we are truly in an urgent situation why is not more energy being put into an open 3rd dimensional disclosure to jump start the collective into a more conforming situation?
That makes the most sense to me.
1) When we ascend, do we ascend with or without our human body vessel?
2) Is it true our consciousness shift will only ensure our soul (our true self) to ascend?
3) Is it your understanding that the whole earth ascension can only happen if the mass awakening achieved, only than mass landing can happen and GFL technology can be use to restore us back to our 5th dimensional existence?
4) Is it true without official disclosure and mass awakening, mass landing can not happened?
5) Do you think technology such as HAARP is being used by the dark to maintain an Artificial Pole to maintain a Duality earth magnetic field, to counter act Mother Nature’s pole shift for helping mass awakening?

1.) the debt/fiat fractional reserve banking system
the fractional reserve banking system is a topic explained in the chicago federal reserve's book "modern money mechanics." an excellent educational source on this is paul grignon's "money as debt" series of educational videos on youtube. the videos are recommended by economics professors, and my favorite econ lady, catherine austin fitts who used to be the president of a bank.
the important lesson is that banks maintain a minimum cash/deposit reserve, and using a multiplier, issue loans based on that reserve. the bank can issue 10x to 33x, and in the case of the federal reserve leverage ratio, 53 times the amount of money as loans.
so, if the fed has $1000 in the vaults, it can issue $53,000 dollars out of thin air using key strokes on a keyboard.
the fed's reserves are composed of deposits made by the us treasury income taxes. this includes taxes directly deposited, and taxes that are used to pay interest on treasuries.
the us treasury makes a deposit in the federal reserve. each deposit is composed of federal reserve notes, which the fed issues. the fed than enters in a computer 53 x the deposit, and creates that much money as loans. this is credit. it then loans that money out to commercial banks at a set interest rate. those banks than use that credit either as currency, which is cash in your pocket, or for the basis of more loans. hence the reason why each dollar note in your wallet is a unit of debt.
there's a strange thing going on here. the federal reserve issues the currency. it also issues the credit. so in order for it to purchase us treasuries, it simply needs to multiply it's deposit by whatever arbitrary number it wants, which it can then use to purchase treasuries. the system, looks a lot like this.
2.) us treasuries and interest rates.
us treasuries are government notes, bonds, and bills. they are loan documents, iou's that the federal government prints. this is how the government raises money to fund it's operations. treasuries are sold to buyers with the gaurantee that you will get the principal back and interest after a set amount of time and are composed of t-bills, notes, and bonds.
treasuries are funny animals. typically for any product, according to supply and demand, when demand is high, prices go up. when demand is low, prices go down. however, in bonds, when demand is high, interest rates go down. that's because so many people want them, the government can sell them at low interest rates. this is great for governments because it means the interest burden is low, and more tax dollars can go to other gov functions.
when no one wants treasuries, interest rates go up to give a better rate of return in order to attract investors. if you look at 3rd world countries, many of them have bond returns up to 25%. that's because no one wants to buy them due to the country's poor economic conditions.
right now, in the middle of the western financial crisis, treasuries interest rates are practically 2%. everyone's running to the usa, because the usa is "relatively" safe.
us debt is 15 trillion, which means that there are 15 trillion in us treasuries held by all kinds of investors. the top holder of all us treasuries is the federal reserve with 5.7 trillion in treasuries.
asia has 3 trillion treasuries. of that number, china has 1.5 trillion in treasuries.
an important point regarding treasuries is the interest rate is paid directly by us taxpayers. now you know why the irs agents are typically armed with pistols when they're just coming in for an "audit."

when I was a lot younger I used to read books about individuals choosing to ascend in their lifetime. It felt like it took everyone ounce of their being much inner work and determination to reach this state where they literally brought heaven down to earth and could exist in both dimensions. What really inspired me that these were ordinary people not, immensley spiritual saintly types of old but yes flawed and that there was hope for someone like me with the desire to make the leap this time round.
The one thing I realised even then was that it is a leap, so to speak. I could not get there by just accumulated years I had to raise something, reach towards the heavens and the heavens would show me how to seize the opportunity when the moment arose. Much inner work has taken place since that time, releasing, cleansing growing and years later I am at the door of this opportunity to not just ascend indiviually but to be a part of the great ascension of mother earth. It gives me goose bumps. I imagine it's something like experiencing the Olympics in your hometown but 1000 times over!

I have always believed one needed to be at a certain point of evolution to ascend and have never thought it would happen on a certain date for everyone. I know I have a lot of work still to do on my various bodies, releasing ego, emotions and maintaining a state of no separation between myself and the Universe. Becoming "I Am", living from my Sacred Heart in a space of Unconditional Love for all. I will do my very best to continue to elevate my vibration. Thankyou once again for your wonderful advice.

I know that when it's time for us to leave this world, we will go to the place that our soul is conditioned for (vibration). We all need learning, and some of us has made great progress in this, however, there are others who haven't and they need all the help they can get. I don't know if I will ascend to the higher realms or not, but I do know that on a spiritual basis, I have gained greatly in this respect.
Some of us only see what we want to and are not open for possibilitys (closed minds)and there are those of us who open our minds to every posibility.
Again, I don't know if I will ascend or not but I hope that my condition calls for it because I am ready for it. There is to much negitivity here on this world.
You say that you need our permission to monitor our thoughts, I know I have vices to overcome so if you will, I give you permission to monitor my thoughts and to help me in the areas that I may need help in.

Yes I can see some areas that I can release now, although a few harder that others for sure.I am aware of some being utilized to compinsate maybe for other wants and needs, but even these need to finally be released. Yes, some can be strong habits as I tend to empower them by the occasonal use, I just have to be more focused , determind, amd persaviring in this persuite.

I feel that I just need to re-member who I am each day and my connection with the All. If I do this consciously, my ego will step back and my heart will always be at the forefront led by my intuitive connection with Source.
I need to let go of bad habits (read: addictions, even be it only coffee) and, once and for all, lower frequency behaviour such as being judgemental. No more postponing ligh work, meditation, sending love to all that is, and finally: learn to love myself with no restraints. Now that one is the difficult one..
I agree with several of the above. More guidance is needed. What to do and how to do it.
Most people on this planet know nothing of Ascension or of you, our brothers and sisters in other dimensions or even other parts of the Universe.
Sometimes this whole approach seems to me a little like throwing university mathematic books into a cradle for toddlers and say: Go ahead! All you need in order to learn math is in there! Work hard little ones, welcome out of the cradle when you've mastered it.
Other times it's all clear to me. But for most of humanity???

Although I feel a great and constant love inside me ... and the elegance and grace that comes with this ... I notice that my responses to third-dimensional activities and language often revert back into that same dimension. For example, I will yell back at my partner if I think he's rude or inconsiderate. In this way I am both judging another's behavior and exhibiting the same behavior in return. The awareness of this grows everyday as I find myself communicating openly with your representatives when they appear in and with the clouds and through animals, symbols, insects, water and so much more. I am very aware of this mirror .. of seeing myself clearly through being seen. As above, so below. Lately though, there are moments of pure sacredness, like when lighting a candle. I know that my hands are love and that there is a great mission that demands clarity. Thank you.
