I sincerely thank Greg, The Ashtar Command and the GFL for these inspiring messages. I feel I have gained so much in the last week or so since I've been following these messages.
I have never been one to blog or write comments very often. However this forum inspires me to put my thoughts out in writing.
This current post has got me thinking about what is really going on behind the thin veil that the media is holding back. I love to hear the GFL say turn off your television and get your news and information from other sources. These other sources is where you will find glimpses of what is really happening.

I included this video because the current primary election cycle is veiled in so much fraud, this clip is just the tip of the iceberg.
Also the AG monster Monsanto is getting resistance from India, Brazil, Mexico and will hopefully continue to spread like wildfire to bring down the cabal global food control giant.
My point is... it is true that when you turn off your television and look for your news from other sources, you will find the truth.
Of course your powers of discernment must be active, you can however decipher the truth from the garbage. And the truth is out there. I am so curious to know what is going on behind the scenes. I do believe their pile of lies, deceit and (media) manipulation is building up just beyond the media's reports and will soon come busting through.

I have also found that sources from outside the US will provide well rounded info that mainstream US media will not touch. A couple of my favorites are RT (Russia Today) and Daily Bell (a Swiss publication).

I have been very deeply dissapointed an I turned to my regular life. a lot of disinformation messages are over here over there, I was expecting the landing or strong presence in the olympics,in the 4th Augst; even we work in a group for this, and I felt very bad when nothing happens. I told you before; the dark ones will never give up if a more strong force push them away.

I do not get my news from the television. My news is gained through many internet sources and sadly I'm finding the messages as convoluted and negative of late as those from the television. (I have recently unsubscribed from two daily sources.)
As to why many are becoming depressed you have but to ask your channel. People take your word as "gospel" as it were. There has been strong belief in the words which have come from the GFOL, only to have what was promised not materialize. Contact, being taken aboard your ships for training for the sea wall project, and the sea wall itself have proven not to be truth. TRUST has been broken.
Even those of us who have awakened many years ago have not yet mastered the techniques which are required for our ascension. Yes, I did use the word "techniques" as few are born into this incarnation with such abilities still intact. Some/most must relearn, and this process takes YEARS, and we have but months before the first ascension begins. This would seem to leave the majority of us out.
Here is a boundary which as of yet I've not seen discussed. There are those who have been abductees and been experimented upon. You DO of course realize this has greatly damaged our DNA, therefore we are of a disadvantage.
One last thing to mention is that the solar flares are greatly playing havoc with the energies down here --up and down several times a day. They are not just messing about with the planetary energies, but those of our vessels as well. It's like attempting to sketch a picture while riding a roller coaster!

I wrote a lengthly comment....but it disappeared. So, I will simply say that the confusion for me in the last week or so, has been from conflicting messages Ive been listening to from mediums, etc. While ignoring my own guidance on this matter. Ive known everything about my future life, ever since I was a girl. This was the first time that I could not "see my future". I began to turn to outer guidance instead of what my dreams were showing me. I started to lose hope that I wasnt doing "enough" to be able to ascend. Other "spiritual teachers" are seeking financial gain to help others "ascend". This was starting to depress me until I came back to my center and aligned with Source. Today's GFL message was soooo important & validating of what I "knew as truth". This message also confirmed how Ive felt for some time about the coast of North Carolina. I have been doing the inner work, making big changes and yet somehow feel Im not doing enough.....Thank you Greg & the GFL for your message today....it was perfect timing. Peace, love & healing for ALL.
Just as the accused have the right to face the accuser in the higher realms of light- we have the right to know who is speaking to us.

I understand we are all one but I don't understand dealing with the higher dimensions how do we function with physicality having elimination processes such as Urination and BM's. I remember something about crystalline body.
also your always talking of love in all forms, will we still have procreation monogamy relationships or will we be free to browse and choose many.I always heard there will be no marriages and spousal type relationships no more jealousy or ego type of mind thinking and how do i get my answers

I certainly hope the roller coasters is over but I am sure it is not. With so many things going on all at once..turbulence s are to be expected.
I understand there is NO one that can do any of the work for me... and I accept the responsibility..but personally I just feel exhausted...drained. I try to keep up about the ascension thro things have always gone as planned...I will stay on track...invite in all that is 100% for my higher good...my soul group family and friends..okay and the whole universe...large order but I know we can do it! We have lived that one bad apple spoils the whole bunch. The whole bunch was acceptable and made unacceptable by one bad apple. This is rampant in our society and in our beliefs cemented through repeated actions against us on all levels. I felt my heart fall when if some will not ascend, I may not because of some bad apple, somewhere for some stupid reason.
We are tired. A majority of us are ill in some way physically or mentally, imparied by chemicals perscriptions & man made diseases.
Everything hidden coming into the light is depressing and disheartening. We trusted before and have lost. After numerous strike outs, we stop trusting & find it almost impossible. This is self preservation.
It is hard to trust and have faith in the unseen, always has been down here on planet Earth. Most learn this lesson very early in life and it is reinforced daily in our lives.
I think maybe we wish and hope and pray for ascension, we hate the way life is currently, continuing the old, while the new is happening, is exhausting and energically draining. Rollercoster ride.
Many of us are sick to death of this place the way that it is right now. We are sick to death with lies, destruction, death, war, food worries, money worries the list is endless, simply endless.
We are to work on ourselves. Expectations of great gifts coming. Disclosure. When. Imminently, soon, days, years...before our present life ends? Will we make it, after being here for ascension, and end up missing the party? The mystery of who we really are, what we agreed to, what the end game is for each of us. Questions and anxiety to all else happening....
I do have faith that once Disclousre happens many more people will come aboard immediately, energies will shine and light up the world, so I wait with everyone else. We wait.

I live in Southern California I work in the Construction Industry my field is in Architectural Aluminum and Glass, 34 Years, I am 53 years old I have worked in all fazes in my Industry. I am a leader of men! I have learned to lead with compassion understanding and by example. I understand how to delegate authority and placement of personal based on talent and abilities with encouragement and support. I am currently working @ Camp Pendleton Marine Base a Navel Hospital that is quit impressive with over seven hundred workers of which I might add we have completed over 1,250,000.00 man hours without anyone loosing time do to injury. I say this only to explain, I am proud to be a part of the hard working men and women of this world whom are the Salt of the Earth! They are deserving of so much more than they get!
It is my desire to Serve in any capacity and to take my rightful position with complete humility and without reservations or fear. There is an awesome change in me being cultivating. I am being flooded with information and Love!! I understand there is much to learn and do. I am ready willing and able to go 100% of my life! To me there is NOTHING more important at this moment in time than to usher in the coming changes and corrections to this World!!! My Heart is pure my conscience is clear and my talents and gifts are yours. let us meet for I have many question as i'm sure you do as well.
I would like to add I am a single parent raising two beautiful girls Casey 10 and Monique 14 they are my first priority as I'm sure you can respect. Aside from this you nhave my full attention.
