There are
mounting issues in your world that need to be resolved before your people may
enter the higher realms of this universe through your ascension, which we see
as transpiring smoothly and according to the universe’s pre-conceived schedule.
We would like to begin with these many different projects with you in the very
near days ahead, as we feel these issues are pressing and must be attended to
soon. Some of these projects we have discussed with you, but never at great
length, and today we would like to take a further look into just what we are
talking about in regards to these undertakings.
We would
like to work with you to resolve the issue of your shorelines in some areas
that are faulty and do not offer adequate protection in the event that sea
levels may rise even just a few inches, or in some cases, a few feet. This will
not do, as the proper protection for communities and cities alike are seawalls
that can withstand many feet of sea surge, as all planets experience their
share of tremors and the shifting of tectonic plates from time to time. The
events that we foresee in your very near future, just months away, are events
that are not particularly above and beyond the norm of what many planets
experience quite regularly. You have been quite fortunate in your recent
history as you have not experienced a great seismic event by any means, as your
tectonic plates have shifted, but have only shifted a few inches or a few feet
in their most extreme movements.
What we
foresee in the months ahead is comparatively much more severe shifting which
will move your tectonic plates above each other much further than they have
been moved in your recent history. We see them shifting 10, 15, or even 20 or
more feet, which would cause tremors in the range of 8 to 10 on your Richter
scale, all the way up to levels close to and beyond 15 or 16 on this scale. Do
you realize how severe these earthquakes are compared to the earthquakes that
you have become accustomed to, earthquakes that seldom exceed eight or nine on
your Richter scale? We are talking massive shaking of your inner Earth, but we
do not wish for you to be alarmed or to fly into panic mode, for this is one of
the reasons we are here. We are here to assist you better transition through
this.
Through the
means of our experience, expertise, wisdom and our highly advanced technology,
we can assist you to withstand the forces of these earth shakings and allow you
to withstand even far greater measures of seismic activity. What we would like
to do is first build a team of volunteers of your world who wish to assist us
in this very important project, then we would like to further assess your
shorelines, although this would be a summation of the work we have been doing
without your assistance for quite some time. We would like to get a final
appraisal of what it is we feel needs to be done. We would then like to begin
building seawalls high and strong, deep and wide in certain areas around your
world where we feel there will be sea surges due to these Earth tremors that we
see as inevitable, although always keep in mind that timelines are very fluid
and predictions and prophecies change quite often, even throughout the period of
just one day.
We do not
wish for you to let your guard down in any way and believe that by us sharing
this information about timelines with you that you will get a ‘free pass’, as
it were, and navigate your way through the timelines and around this possible
problem for you which could be very serious in certain areas. We wish for you
instead to tackle this problem head-on by not fearing it, by not running away
from it, by not denying it, but by accepting it as a very real possibility and
taking very real measures to circumvent this problem, to stop it head on by
finding soluble and practical solutions.
So what are
some of the solutions? We feel that it is best to proceed by removing, through
temporary relocations, certain populations around your world who currently
reside in areas that we feel are just a little too precarious when it comes to
rising sea levels. Some of these areas have experienced damages due to rising
sea levels on many occasions throughout your history, and it should come as no
surprise to these residents that a few more inches or feet of rising water
would present a challenge beyond their means to deal with it. One of these
areas is the Lowlands of Northern Europe, which many of you who have studied
geography in school understand was built on land that is actually under the
current sea level of the surrounding waters. It would not take any rising sea
levels to devastate these lands if it were not for a very elaborate dike system
that has been built in this area. This dike system has been very successful in
keeping the water out of this area and even pumping water out that was in this
area making it suitable for habitation. The problem now is these dikes will not
withstand rising sea levels that we foresee in this area, and we would like to
relocate these populations on a temporary basis until we feel this seismic
activity that you may expect subsides and passes.
We have
taken note that this information that we are sharing with you is quite
challenging for some. We see many denying this, we see many questioning our
channel and questioning our motivations for sharing this information with you. This
for a time puzzled us, as we feel we have built a certain level of trust with
you and we do not feel that it should be so beyond the levels of your belief
system to expect some rising sea levels due to seismic activity which many of
you that read the newspaper or watch the news see has been building at a very
perceivable rate for the last few years. One can research the levels of seismic
activity in your world online in just a few minutes, and you will find that
seismic activity has grown in scope, frequency and severity steadily and at a very
perceptible rate over the last several years all across your planet.
Some of this
seismic activity has already caused rising sea levels that have severely
damaged the inland areas nearby the focal point of these tremors. One of these
areas is located in Japan and the other in the area of South Asia, which is another
area of concern for us and we feel should be a concern for you. This area in
South Asia has already suffered great damage and loss of life in your recent
history, and for you to feel that our messages about another incident that may
occur is fear mongering or attempts to control you in any way and make you do
something you do not wish to do through fear and intimidation we feel is beyond
reason and is very illogical and as an aside, quite unfair, as we feel we have
not earned this distinction of being untrustworthy. We respect and understand
the views of each and every individual and each collective, and each decision
that you make we shall honor. We only say to you at this time that our
motivations are not to come here to fight you, we have come here to assist you,
and when we say we feel our assistance would be very much needed shoring up
your shorelines in certain areas of your world, we would expect you to at the
very least honor our integrity and understand that we do have technologies that
do allow us a peek, if you will, into future timelines and we have utilized
this technology quite often in this one particular area, as well as many other
areas concerning your planet.
In utilizing
this technology, we have foreseen that there are many different scenarios of the
days ahead for you, and just the same, many of these scenarios involve rising
sea levels throughout certain parts of your world. We do see possible timelines
for you where your people will come out unscathed, so to speak, through the
days ahead, but these timelines are but a fraction of the timelines that see
difficulties through these rising sea levels. Do you understand this? Do you
understand the laws of chance and probability here, and why we say to you it is
best that we begin work with you to repair, rebuild and even begin to build sturdy
seawalls in certain areas around your planet? We do not feel that what we are
discussing here is conspiracy theory or beyond the limits of your belief system,
as this is one area that many of your world should at least be familiar with as
there have been earthquakes and rising sea levels around your planet regularly
throughout even your recent history, and the astute eye will notice that these
seismic events are increasing at a steady pace as you near the finale of your
experience through duality and the lower dimensions.
We hope we
have made ourselves clear today, and we will be reviewing the comments underneath
this message throughout your online communities to gauge your responses to our
discussion once again about these possibilities of rising sea levels. Again, we

My suggestion is that you clearly identify those areas impacted across the globe. People living in those areas can directly respond to you as to whether they want assistance or not. Those people not residing in those areas do not have a say.
I'm in southern California and my husband is soon traveling to the middle east. I've said in my prayers/messages to you for some time now, I'm happy to be temporarily located, and my husband too if we are in areas at risk. If possible, and if she's not at risk as well, I'd love to be relocated to be with my mom, whom I feel you not only know of but have maybe even been listening to and or watching, as she is an avid reader and receives your messages into her heart as well. In conclusion, my husband and I are happy to be contacted and moved if we are in areas that are at risk of rising sea levels and or damage areas from the seismic activity potential. Another question. To build such high and strong walls is not possible in a short spell of time.I doubt if European countries will have resources and materials for such walls. Maybe China is able to cope as they have more resources at this moment.

Thank you for informing us about these future events. It is very obvious that the quantity and magnitude of these earthquakes have been intensifying for the past decade. I`ve read one of Billy Meier`s contact with the Pleiadans that there might be a 9.2 RS earthquake off the coast of Oregan State, USA in the near future. Would this be one of the event you forecast? If so, would this affect the coastal region of Vancouver, British Columbia ( this is where I live)? How about Richmond, BC, which is currently surrounded by dike systems? Could you please provide specific reccomendations?

Natural earthquakes CANNOT measure 12 or 15 on the Richter scale ... that is simply too massive an amount of energy required (another planet would have to hit us in order to generate that amount of energy)

This simply CANNOT be true for a NATURAL earthquake, ... and at 15 on the richter scale that would HAVE TO involve cosmic collisions.

I have wondered all my life why humanity hasn't built them. We have heard from the government that anyone under 800' sea level is at risk. On the subject of low-lying areas what is the prognosis on the Louisiana area such as New Orleans? It is well known that area is below sea level as well.

I agreed with bob12east statement. We need you to identify specifically which cities or towns will be affected, so if we are in that region, we can actively be involve and help solve the problem, otherwise we could inform people or our relatives of those regions to be on alert and be prepared.

Relocation to where? How do we proceed? I thought the GFL were going to use the media to alert people, when will this be happening? If you want relocs to happen smoothly we will need full disclosure asap. Will this be happening at the London Olympics? If so, then afterwards would be the time to clearly identify safe locations.
Shall we be using the ZetaTalk maps for safe locations? Has the GFL communicated the safe locations the displaced people will be moved to? Have survival resources been put in place? Who will administer the supplies? GFL? FEMA? UN?

Yeah I'm sorry I have to agree with Dennis. Surely there is a way to show yourselves to at least those you know are ready to meet you. Face to face, it would sure take away all doubt and give your words undeniable credibility. Something short and sweet even like one of you steps up to one of us in the street, in a store, in the mall, somewhere in our everyday lives and maybe says something like 'I am your proof'. Wait until you know we know, and off you go. Would really help seal the deal as we say!

We are talking about a massive project,extremely saver earth quakes and extensive world shore lines. What kind of technology could possibly exist that could handle this problem in such a short time frame, and are there contingency planes, to evacuate ares, that may not be protected?
Please let us know how we can help and what ares that are of greatest concern. We do need a face to face communication as soon as passable, so as to establish a reality with you and a working relationship. My friends and i including family live at florida by deltona , i care for them so much there open minded and i believe they will coroporate. But what if they chose not to and say they go with the government and are fooled or decided to stay. What are my options ? Respect there right? Try to convience them to go to you as relocation? a few years ago, maybe 4, i read an article (and even saw on television) reports of various scientists/experts explaining that the current dikes, which, to my knowledge, haven't been maintained very well (due to 'malicious funding' and relocation of 'investments') since the creation of the elaborate dike system ('delta plan') after the 'previous' flood about 60 years ago, is not or no longer able to withstand any serious 'seabashing', if that were to occur.
quite a few and even one of the most well-known 'psychics' (some say 'con artists', unfortunately but understandably) here in Holland also predicted another flood in the lowest regions (mostly northern/western areas) in the near future, and even recommended for some people there to move to a bit higher ground when/if feeling inclined to do so.
i feel that the timeline is constantly shifting and a 'mellowing' of the situation is occuring (celebrating melloween), having quite a significant impact on the severity and the 'time to impact', which, to my observations, has been slowed down for at least a few years so far, and lowered the impact from 'all of the country' to 'most of the country' to 'parts of the west', even though the west (called the 'cities on the edge' (randstad)) is the most populated area.
i find all these observations very striking in their unique coincidental nature.
i suppose that a more radical, loving and bold approach (such as divine weapons of mass creation) to uplift large masses of the population, would be required at this point, in order to mellow the entire event 'away' - e.g. using every (hu)man's body and its related (energy) systems as a conduit to allow any 'stuck energies' to be released and pass through, effectively making the birthing of a new humanity much smoother for Gaia, simply by allowing any negative vibes (emotions, thoughts) to be as they are, without investing any focussed energy or attention in them.
although there are over millions of solutions for this problem, either using with or without advanced (galactic) technologies, i'm curious if the technology that i have in mind for a few solutions matches that of some other people who are also tuned into this 'channel' :)
The message today is quite clear and the points made on possible timelines are helpful. We must do our best to factor in the laws of chance and probability; we must make an active effort to assist others even if the chances are very slim. Concerning those who are more conscious and aware, your predictions should come as no surprise. I believe the fear or mistrust that some encounter has little to do with their trust in 'you'... Earth humans tend to blow things out of proportion... turn simple events into dramatic events... we could allow a simple perspective of 'flooding and need to relocate', no insanity, no looting, no running for the hills... or another perspective of 'hollywood-like' drama fills peoples minds... even if we opt for a more middle-ground 'New Orleans' style flooding, people are forgetting that they will not be left to their own devices this time around. They will not be abandoned and neglected like those in New Orleans were.
Once people understand how we'll have the ability to prepare coupled with advanced technology, fear should vanish rather quickly. It's all a matter of having enough people spread around the planet to calmly communicate with them and help sooth their fears and concerns. I think this will be an important element to any mission undertaken here... especially considering all that will spill out once the cabal's history is unleashed upon the masses. People are going to want to know what is happening... they're going to have so many questions... it will be a difficult road (but very possible!) to earn their trust once again.
Building the seawalls is definitely something we should do. I have many questions as to how this would be done... it would mean we're past the stage of first contact as we'd need your technology on the ground to make this project possible. I'm assuming we'd have to already have a global agreement in place that would allow GFOL technology to be utilized across the planet... This would all entail a certain level of political maneuvering, which we all know is currently not a smooth process with the types of people now in power. Even with a far better body politic representing the interests of the people, we'd need to have systems implemented that would allow much faster response time.
Relocation would also mean setting up temporary cities/homes for many of these people... ship/transport lines moving people to these new locations... I know these are all things you discuss in great lengths, but I wonder if the politics would be fast enough to allow these events to occur. You might be able to build housing in a matter of days... but it may take weeks or months for the elected officials to squabble and trade jabs until things are approved.
In the event our politicians are still entrenched to some degree... do we have alternative options for some of these regions? Through the generation of key force fields around specific zones? Or using a large amount of scout craft to temporary house people onboard ships? Politicians might be able to delay the building of homes/relocation... but they certainly can't stop citizens from going outside and waving flags to be picked up...

The first part of this communique clearly refers to the Netherlands, where I live. I live exactly at sea level, and that is because I live on the only hill in this part of the country. To the west of where I am the level drops to as much as 20 feet below sea level at Schiphol Airport. The entire coastal perimeter of the country that is exposed to the sea has a seawall over 60 feet high, and in some places over 1/4 mile wide. In addition to that, a vast network of dikes criss cross the land, and most dikes have secondary dikes to act as back-ups (called 'lazy dikes' because they are not normally in contact with water). Even these very impressive works would be no match for really serious sub-oceanic tremors that could throw up a wall of water over 60 feet high. These works were initiated by the Romans over 2000 years ago, and the work has never stopped, even today there are improvements constantly being made. I for one am more than happy to cooperate in whatever it takes to protect this
beautiful little country from being inundated, and there is now way the government itself could do any more than what they already are doing. I welcome any assistance that can be provided by the GFL.

It is again pleasing that most of us don't try and argue with every word we read. Most of us are able to make up our own minds about what is possible and what is not. I learned long ago anything is possible and I'm very glad no one seems to be jumping on comments that show a lack of faith.
I remember the first time I went to New Orleans in the nineties. Looking out at the sea wall out in the gulf was one of the scarriest sites I'd seen. It amazed me how people could live comfortably with such a little wall keeping out the forces of nature.
I think improvement is necessary even if water levels don't rise. I for one do not want to read about natural disasters taking more lives, especially when it could have been prevented. Most of our beaches could use improvement to stop erosion as it is.
If this message frightens you, especially if you are a regular reader here, imagine how people are going to feel if we, those who are pre-warned, cannot handle this with confidence. I don't understand how you can read this site and still have fear of anything, but I'm sure there are many who do. Turn off all doubt and I'm sure you'll find less fear.

When I am reviewing the comments, one scenario came into my mind...
God granting miracles
A religious man is on top of a roof during a great flood. A man comes by in a boat and says "get in, get in!" The religous man replies, " no I have faith in God, he will grant me a miracle."
Later the water is up to his waist and another boat comes by and the guy tells him to get in again. He responds that he has faith in god and god will give him a miracle. With the water at about chest high, another boat comes to rescue him, but he turns down the offer again cause "God will grant him a miracle."

This has been a topic pressing for my attention, particularly in view of the cleansing rains that we on this Tropical island have become accustomed to in our rainy season, which causes flooding even in times of gentle rains). Your warnings are logical, and we would be wise to accept this assistance. It makes sense that teams in each locale which could be affected could immediately begin to communicate these concerns. I would not want to run away so to speak, but there are complications for many here without the means to relocate even if they would wish to, and then the question is "to where?" Panic buttons and disbelief are still the popular reactions to such news without it coming directly from each (precariously situated) area's most credible weather and science sources! My suggestion is that you do a partial disclosure (if you will). That way the people on those areas that will be affected will welcome you and will cooperate with you. Start communicating to the local people that will be affected by the flooding. Aside from the native residents talk also to the local govt. officials so that they can also helped and persuade people not to panic and work/cooperate with you.
If Northern Europe that means it will affect Holland and the nearby countries. If South Asia then it refers to Southern India and nearby countries.
The best approach is to first contact people who are on the side of the light and to ask them to assist you in talking to people, including explaining to them about the need for such operation.
You will also need to construct a temporary shelter like tents for those who will be relocated. And inform them thats the place where they will temporary live while the projects are going on.
And I think this will in someway start disclosure that there are beings from other worlds beyond this planet. Some will not believe but some will believe.
So, begin contacting some people who can communicate with you and will act like a bridge between you and the local people. These people will introduce you to the residents and the local govt. officials. They will initiate the explanation part on your behalf and once trust have been established through this efforts and they have allowed you to go ahead then you may proceed as you wish with the projects you wanted to build.
If you are looking for volunteers to do this task of introducing you to the people then let me know as I am willing to volunteer.
Honestly, in recent days, I have come to doubt afew of the motives behind these posts, rather, how deep the rabbit hole goes per say but the fact of the matter is, many corrupt individuals are being arrested right now, and those in the GF have not lied or claimed falsehoods of future events, they happened quite precisely. I live in a flood area (Netherlands). Our dike system suffered damage some years ago due to the melting of snow and glaciers in the Alps, which made the river levels rise. In some places, the dikes did not stop the rising water. Several villages had to be evacuated. I lived near a dike and it was interesting to see the water slowly reach the top. Our politicians promised a 'delta plan' for the river areas but it never came. So we can expect that the dike system will not protect us this time either.
I look forward to a little UFO ride (or will you use teleportation?) and a break from my job.
I wonder how big the damage is going to be? Will all the buildings be flattened or will we get back our possessions when we return? Is it possible to survive the flood in case we decide to stay (I live at a 2nd floor apartment)? Is it true the quakes will be 10 million times stronger than a quake at scale 9?

Louisiana is no stranger to flooding. Although New Orleans has shored up its defenses after Katrina, it is still below sea level. Wow! Thats so awesome. Ive had experience to. I seen them and felt them. I seen at least 7 starships that i rember. One was at orlando.wow! It was white and looked like a star and it went into the orlando park. I went to see to check the news . They didnt even say nothing about it. We were already told that no major event will happen to endanger our lives. Plus our star family are using their technology to stabilize the earth. People, please use discerment and critical judgment when reading Greg's messages and don't take it at face value. I am ready to help. Have been for the last 2 years. I comment on all these posts that ask for volunteers. Sea walls, relocation, disclosure, arrests...there are some of us who are so ready. I'm willing to help anywhere you need me to, & I can't exactly speak FOR my husband but I know he's begging for purpose just as I am. We both joined the army at a young age, and since I've been here I've felt like this has been a waste of potential. There are so many people I know who would work their fingers to the bone to help our country, AND others. I've seen them do it for much less of a purpose. All we need is direction. I suppose waiting isn't the answer, but I can't exactly just drop the army..=/ I do believe that me and these other soldiers will be put to good use when the time comes, I'm ready when you are. I am ready to help especially in communication, presentation adopted measures of the population. It could have been provided to the residents in addition to the possibility of moving the ship and another option, such as moving to a new village built by galactic technology in a safe area. Thanks for this information. I would love to see the construction of effective sea walls happen. So far I've noticed in your posts that you have identified Southern California, Southern Florida, Southern Europe, and the Netherlands as all being vulnerable to sea level rises. Can you identify any other areas which may be affected? Do you anticipate that the possible construction of the sea walls will be done in time to help protect vulnerable areas from sea level rises? I think everyone would greatly appreciate as much good information as possible about these important issues. Thank you!
I as a person uderstand your points. But i think you see it as fear. The walls are a prevention of idea to prevent less destruction. We dont know how well they can handle with heir tecgnologies. We dont know if this is all true. I certantly dont. But like if seen things . I blieve this is realy happening. Just like i choose to belive in christ it doesnt hurt. Religion imposes fear many times. But not one message i heard about from gregs channel about the possiblities i dont see it as negative or fear.maby you do. I dont view the GFOL asa savior i seen them as an alliance an assitance to make sure were ok. Saviors is a totaly a different saying. Yes their saving us because were at risk to exposure of harm. What I find hard to understand is how you expect to turn a post like this into concerted action by calling for "volunteers."
This is earth! On earth, groups take time to form, organize and train. They require finance. They require permits, government liaison, public meetings, Power Point presentations.
On earth you can't just whistle up a bunch of guys and say, "Hey let's go out and build some seawalls and temporarily relocate millions of people, because it's a real good idea and could deter a lot of suffering." That's not how you get things done here, capiche?
