On a sunny afternoon in 2001 while living in Tarzana, California, I walked out onto my second floor balcony that overlooked the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles County to see a shiny object hovering directly over the heavily populated valley floor. The sun reflected brightly off the craft, so much so, that I was not at first sure if I was looking at a UFO or perhaps a star that was playing a trick on my eyes through the glaring sunshine. I waited patiently for the object to begin to move, but after ten minutes I began to think I would be disappointed yet again in my hopes to witness for myself a genuine UFO. It was then that the object began to move, and not only that, but in my general direction. My girlfriend Angela had already handed me her Canon digital camera, and when the object drew close enough I snapped a number of shots. Mysteriously, but often reported by other UFO witnesses, photos turned up missing upon development, leaving me with just a lone photograph to corroborate my sighting. After the craft seemed to allow me to take a few photographs it passed over my apartment complex. I raced around the building only to find the previously slow moving ship had vanished completely out of sight. The craft appeared to be gold colored at the time, though this was due to the bright reflection of the afternoon sun. The ship is clearly silver colored and very shiny in the photo, disc shaped with a flat bottom, and approximately 30 to 60 feet in diameter, though it traveled at such a high altitude it was difficult to estimate its size to any degree of accuracy. The craft traveled in a southwesterly direction towards Topanga Canyon, a location that has been a well known UFO hot spot. Since this sighting took place while the 'grays' from Zeta Reticuli were believed to yet be cruising around town, I cannot say whether this craft was a Galactic Federation or an Ashtar Command ship. Recently, I received a telepathic message that suggested I was considered for the assignment of channeling higher intelligences since the day of this sighting, so I would be inclined to believe this ship was either a Galactic Federation scout ship, or perhaps a ship of the Ashtar Command.
